The manufacturing process is entrusted to a group of qualified people, with years of experience and knowledge of both CNC programming and mechanical design. We work a wide range of steels; some types of stainless steel and aluminium alloys. We always keep some types of EN10204-3.1 certified steel that we use on a more regular basis ready for use in our warehouse.
Throughout the years, we have developed an in-depth knowledge in the field of hydraulic accumulators, but we are ready, willing and able to manufacture equipment and components for any sector of the mechanical industry. We believe we are particularly competitive in medium and large-scale production.
We use machines made by historical brands with a particularly high technological level. Our machine inventory includes: CNC bar feed lathes with diametres of between 30 and 102 mm, CNC second position lathes with a maximum diametre of 180 mm, CNC vertical machine center cube max 200mm, horizontal machine center cube max 300mm, CNC saws with a maximum diameter of 240mm, marking machines.
Our plant also contains some traditional mechanical apparatus, presetting machines and numerous pieces of production equipment.
